All interested families are encouraged to apply to WACC. You do not have to be affiliated with Harvard University in order to apply, but Harvard affiliates are prioritized for enrollment according to a tier system. At WACC, a limited number of spots are also specifically designated for families living in the zip codes of 02134 and 02135. ​A completed application is required in order to be considered for enrollment. Applications can be submitted at any time, but enrollment is generally offered for late August.

We typically receive more applications than we have spots available, particularly in the infant and toddler programs.  If we are not able to offer you enrollment in the year when you submit your application, you will be placed on a waiting list and we will notify you as soon as a slot becomes available.

The online application is available here. Please note that online applications are designed as a convenience for families. The online application system is used by the seven childcare centers that operate on Harvard’s campuses. It is hosted on a secure server at Harvard University, but Campus Child Care controls the enrollment process.
